On 25 April 2010 JIMF held a joint workshop for ten Ultra-orthodox and Arab women that participated in the 1st pilot.
The workshop, managed by JIMF's Executive Director and attended by
MATI's and
Freelance's representatives and hosted by the Jerusalem Inter-Cultural Center
(JICC), had three-fold objectives:
Hear success stories as well as challanges facing these women and provide them with tips and advice
Provide training on "smart selling" by the coach Taleb Idkeidek the founder of
Ishraka training center
Engage the women in multi-culture activity as a model for fostering mutual understanding and respect in the city
